More About the Author

Angel Leigh McCoy grew up reading books like CARRIE, JAWS, THE AMITYVILLE HORROR, and THE EXORCIST to avoid the doldrums of growing up in a cornfield in Central Illinois. She was also addicted to the TWILIGHT ZONE and NIGHT GALLERY tv shows in her youth.

This put her on the path to writing spooky and sexy tales. Her fiction has appeared in numerous books, and in 2011, she has stories in the anthologies: BEAST WITHIN 2, FEAR OF THE DARK, GROWING DREAD: Biopunk Visions and CLOCKWORK CHAOS, among others.

In her day job, she gets paid to be a gamer! Her job title is "writer/game designer" at ArenaNet, where she's part of a vast team effort to make the coolest computer game ever: GUILD WARS 2.

Back in the early days of her career, she spent ten years writing stories, making up crazy characters, and laying out rules for games like MAGE, VAMPIRE, CHANGELING, and FORGOTTEN REALMS. She worked for companies such as White Wolf, Wizards of the Coast, FASA, and other RPG companies. At Xbox.com, she was the correspondent Wireless Angel.

More recently, she's the head editor for a fiction podcast ezine (WilyWriters.com), and she edited the anthology NIGHT-MANTLED: the Best of Wily Writers, volume 1.

Angel lives with Boo, Simon, and Lapis Lazuli (kitties) in Seattle, where the long, dark winters feed her penchant for all things spooky and cozy.

All Kithbooks of Changeling: the Dreaming are great, but all of them deserves only four stars. Why? Because they have unique treasures, Kith's story, but I think that these books would be better if wich one inculdes a new exclusive Art for the Kith.
