Kittenwar Postcard Box: May the Cutest Kitten Win!

I bought these to use as postcards but the moment I took them out of the box, some teens that were over insisted on playing with the cards like a toy or a trading card game. Like the Website, the cards feature head to head match ups of adorable kittens. Their names are listed on the front and on the back of the card are their stats. The stats are printed rather small but in bright light, they aren't too hard to read.

Even more fun were what the girls called "power cards" that depict up to six cats on each one and group them by the type of pictures. For example there is a card of kittens playing with computers and they are listed as "Special Unit: Technology Specialists". Other "power cards" include the Elite Fighting Unit, Climbing Battalion, Mobile Forces,Pouncing Strikeforce, Stealth Champions, and Agility Champions. There were also a few more special cards for the best paw to paw Combat Champion and the Winningest Kittens. The girls had so much fun playing with the cards, I had a hard time getting them back!

I did eventually regain possession of the cards and write a few out to mail. The surface is good and matte for writing on and not slick like many postcards you buy today. They take a standard Postcard stamp which is currently 27 Cents and that's also a nice plus. Many postcard sets today are oversized and require a 42 Cent stamps. This is a delightful set and highly recommended as both a cute toy card pack and for mailing.
