I've owned other suede cleaners that did a much better job, but this one is passable. I will say that the eraser that comes with it to remove stains left tons of residue behind... which meant I spent twice the time cleaning, what I'd just cleaned.
I know some erasers do this, but it was excessive.

Worked great. I accidentally dropped some pasta on my brand new suede shoe, leaving a stain. Got the Kiwi care kit and buffed out the stain. I asked my boyfriend if he could still see the stain on my shoe and he said, "Just a little, right there." But he picked the wrong shoe. He was just seeing the natural color variations in the suede. The stain was totally gone.

This product definintely works! I was on the fence about buying a new pair of Timberland boots after looking at how scuffed my old pair was looking. I decided to go ahead and try to restore them first, if possible, since I knew that it would a lot cheaper than shelling out another $100 plus. With nothing much to lose, I looked at the reviews and ordered this product. I have to say that I am amazed! It cleaned them up so well and made them wearable again. I wish I took before and after pics. The toes were very scuffed. Now they are almost spotless. It didn't work as well on my suede Air Force Ones, but I think that is because they had stains rather than just scuffs. Keep that in mind if you are going to buy this product.

the Item arrived as schedule, and it was exactly as it is displaye. The brush is very good for boots that are swede it did do a whole lot for my nubuck shoes but scratch them so you be the judge for you but for swede shoes like construction timberland boots it does a good job.

Works very well.
Basically a big eraser that I suppose has the right hardness to work on suede fabric/shoes. And a short rather stiff brush.
I used it on a pair of boots that had some strong water stain, and while it's not 100% gone, the improvement is considerable.

I've tried it on three pairs of shoes and I haven't noticed an improvement at all. It really seems like it will need some kind of solution to lift stains before this is used? I'll experiment, but on it's own, this isn't doing anything except roughing up my shoes.
