At $2.98 for one package, this is a ripoff. I just purchased this same product for $1.49 at my local supermarket, which by the way is not a discount store.

After all these years, Kleenex is still the touchstone for facial tissue. These tissues are excellent in every area, particularly in softness. They are one of the softest tissues on the market, and have a nearly ideal blend of not only softness, but also strength and absorbency. The 200 count box is oversized, which is convenient, though it won't fit in most tissue box holders, if you happen to care (which I don't).

The only reason for the four star rating boils down to a value proposition: Kleenex really is the best, but you pay for that name, as there are more economical brands on the market. For me though, these are still worth the price.

Buy these and your nose will thank you.

Kleenex is the only brand of tissues that I buy. They are very soft and do not chafe or irritate one's skin. As they are fairly substantial and resilient, they do not fall apart easily when used while blowing one's nose during a bad cold. They are also quite absorbent, as well as durable, given the inherent fragility of such a product. While other tissues may be cheaper, one would not be as happy with them in the long run as one would be with the Kleenex brand.
