This is much better than carrying around 11 tools. Rod is thicker than 10-in-1 driver and both are thicker than a normal driver, so won't work in any small recessed holes. I had a defective one of these where the Phillips head broke on like the second use. There are replacement heads available but I'm sure I can return it or get a replacement from klein at no cost. Cost at home depot was $12 compared to 16 or 17 on amazon. probably paying for the super saver shipping.

Works well. The grip is the standard Klein black rubber grip, slightly larger diameter than the number two screwdrivers. When changing the tips I seem to fumble to open the correct size, or the inner tip comes with the outer removable driver. It does how ever save me an enormous amount of time finding the right driver. The smallest Philips driver works on the tiny M-2 screws on laptop CD-ROM drives and hard drives.

@ $12 get one already!

Replaces half a dozen other screwdrivers with one high quality screwdriver/nut driver. Only drawback is the shaft is fat--so if you need a skinny shaft to reach through a small hole to reach your screw, this probably won't work for you. Otherwise, it's great. I paid `$12-$13 for mine @ HomeDepot.

I work maintance at a mdf plant and I carry it with me at all times.My tool belt weighs 27 lb so I need to save time and weight any way I can.

Although this tool does do the job, it's very unimpressive as the actual bits that used in this tool very standardized and work just okay. However, I noticed that even using minimal amount of force, the bits themselves do scratch up fairly easily and one of my flat head drivers has several nicks in it, despite being very careful while using it. Also, purely by accident, I dropped this tool on the ground and now on the bottom of the handle is a very tiny crack on it. Truth be told, if it were just a small scratch mark, that would somewhat easily to fix, but a hairline crack is a completely different story.

In addition, while it's great that this tool has two torx driver bits (Torx 10, T 15) I would have much preferred to see a T15 and a T25 because I've noticed in older and in some newer appliances, Torx size 25 is used more commonly than T10 or even T15. Granted, T25 bits are easy to find, but at the same time, it would have been nice.

Also, while this tool is assembled in USA, it is actually made elsewhere. This tool certainly does the job it's intended to do, but compared to other Klein Tools products, this is just okay.

Some of the bits (e.g., the Phillips) are difficult to pull out and sometimes the "sleeve" comes out of the shaft with the bit. Other bits (e.g., the square-drive) come out much too easily; there have been times when the square-drive bit has come out of the sleeve and remained on the screw, and I only knew it after it fell off the screw head and heard it hit the floor.

I do apartment maintanence as well as HVAC. I use this tool everyday. With the combination of tools it can replace it is worth having. And for those that do HVAC work. Klein has made a new 11-in-1 Screwdriver/Nut Driver - Schrader Valve Core Tool.

I bought this item from a local hardware store. I've used the 10-1 before and i loved it. The place you can get to.the amount of posibilities with just one screw driver. I was pleased to get the 11-1 but after a while I was really dissapointed that the bits didnt really stay in really well, they would just fall out. Whats the point of being a 11-1 when the bits dont stay really well in their place. After a month or two of using the two screwdrivers that i bought i was just left with the just nutdriver portion.I was really dissapointed to see a product from klein do that.I am klein fan but this was just a waste of money. I think am going to stick to 10-1 the bits stay in better then 11-1.

THIS IS A GREAR SCREWDRIVER BY KLEIN I HAVE 1 AND ITS VERY HANDY WHEN YOU DO NOT WANT TO CARRY YOUR WHOLE SET OF DRIVERS ONE TOOL THAT KLEIN MAKES THAT IS STILL GREAT AND NOT MUCH EXPENSIVE

I carry this tool with me everywhere I go. Has come in handy a lot of times. Matter of fact, someone tried to steal it from me right from under my nose.
