Klein Tools 76011B Nibbler Tool

I have been using this nibbler on 20 Ga (0.032 in.) sheet steel and 14 Ga (0.064) C260 brass sheet for about a month. It takes a nice bite, about 1/4 inch wide and 1/16 inch deep, with little effort for the 20 Ga steel sheet, but is a little harder for the 14 Ga brass. If you are starting from a hole and not the edge of the sheet, you will need a hole that is a minimum of 15/32 of an inch wide (just over 7/16 for those who have difficulty with small fractions) although a 1/2 in hole works better. So far it has been a great tool and if anything changes, I will comment later.

It's a much better nibbling tool than the last one I used, mainly because of the spring on the top that pushes it back through the metal after each nibble. Unfortuantely, that spring assembly protrudes quite far and makes it impossible to use this in some tight spaces. It would be 5 star if that part were removable and if there wasn't a cylindar sticking out the side of the black handle.

It took a lot of looking to find this deal. The few nibblers I could find were either super cheap, or twice the price of this, so once I saw this, I jumped on it. Although it took a little longer than expected to receive this, once I got it, I have had no complaints. I use it to fit old CPU cases to the newer motherboards, and have found this to be an excellent tool. It has no trouble going through the toughest of cases, and seems to be showing no wear. This tool is needed for gutter repair so its light duty, light weight features make it the right tool for the job.

Works as stated. Clean crisp nibbles. Very simple and well made. I use it to cut brass sheet for slot car chassis.

I use the Klein Nibbler Tool on metal cases for various electronic projects. I can't afford a collection of eclectic chassis punches and hence rely on the nibbler to cut odd-shaped holes in aluminum and steel panels. The Klein nibbler has been my 'go-to' tool for cutting rectangular and other non-circular holes. Sturdy and easy to use, I am very pleased. The only reason I didn't give the nibbler 5 stars is the tendency of the chips nibbled from the metal panel to collect inside the tool. After 5 or 6 nibbles, I have to stop and manually flush the nibbles out of the recess below the blade--which does tend to slow down my progress. Nevertheless, this is a very fine tool and most assuredly on my list of home workshop essentials.

Used this to cut a hole in my Fender for some JDM Blinkers in my WRX STi, Works great and was just what I needed!

If you own a Dell, chances are you will need this tool.
-Dell extracts every penny out of cost of sales and gives you a computer with a barely adequate power supply. They fail sooner because they are always operating near the top of their ratings.
-If you upgrade a video card that requires more power, or add drives, you should upgrade your Dell power supply as well, because its already being stressed.

Since Dell wants you to buy a bigger supply from Dell and not Newegg, chances are the replacement power supply ac plug or switch will hit the dell metal chassis. So you have to cut some sheet metal. This tool is the easiest way to do it in the office.

Have no idea what you do with this - but my son-in-law thought it was great! It was on his wish list - so I was really happy to make his day!
