This is probably the best meter Ive owned. Its made in America, and feels very comfortable in the hand. Backed by a drop test and a rubber casing, its rolled around in my toolbox for a while now and shows no signs of wear.

off is located on both sides. I cant tell you how many times ive been doing something and the lack of a bidirectional off switch has interrupted my work entirely. this is a lovely feature.

the meter comes with a fairly rugged nylon case, and a pair of alligator clips. the probes included are very nice as well, and snap conveniently into the back of the meter.

Being uncertain of the accuracy of my inexpensive multimeter, I decided to purchase this American-made multimeter from Klein Tools. I did a lot of research before spending over 150 bucks on this item. I wanted to have a multimeter that would ensure I was getting accurate readings. Unfortunately, the voltage reading always displayed the same value 3.895 whether I had the probes in a 120 volt outlet or used them on two different 24 volt transformers. Very disappointed in the quality. I like to buy American-made products, but this one didn't deliver.
