Klein's organic raw cashews are delicious--meaty, sweet and crunchy! I recommend refrigerating or freezing this large quantity, however, unless you eat them within a month. Tip--I keep all my nuts in freezer or refrigerator in zip-lock bags and they stay fresh for a very long time.

I really like these as they are not roasted which destroys the Omega-3, rather they are easy on the teeth. The flavor is wonderfully natural and refreshing, and not drowned in salt or Tamari sauce as the ones in the store are. I don't think that there is a better product, and it's organic! I like to enjoy a few of these with some Maisie Jane's Organic Honey Glazed Almond Snack Pack, 1.25 Ounces (Pack of 12) one piece of sugar-free dark chocolate and 1 piece of regular dark chocolate for desert every night. I never get tired of it and it stems my appetite for the evening while providing antioxidants and Omega-3 essential oils. Also, almonds are said to be the only alkaline nut.

I think Dr. Weil says that you should have a handful of nuts every day, and almonds and cashews are about the healthiest nut, I've heard. (All peanuts contain a fairly strong carcinogen called aflatoxin from a mold that grows naturally on them.)

I have tried organic cashews from other places like the local store (stop & shop) and normaly they are fresh and crispy. These were stale. At first I though that it was just the first container but to my disappointment they all were like that. I could have gottent a bad batch but non the less...

We have enjoyed these cashews for nearly two years. They are great to pack for traveling, excellent for any recipe, and most importantly make delicious raw cashew nut butter.

We use a Cuisine Art commercial food processor to process these (roughly one pack at a time) and yield a perfect amount of raw nut butter. Often, we mix Klein nuts (e.g. almonds, walnuts, etc) and enjoy multiple flavors. This is truly a five star buy!

These are good quality cashews at a great price. If you don't like raw, you can roast them in your oven, with or without tamari or salt water sprinkled on them beforehand for saltiness. My only wish is that they'd use different packaging - the little tubs aren't very "green", though you can re-use them for stuff. All in all, however, this has been an excellent nut experience!

Love unsalted cashews. Very fresh. A great snack to enjoy with an apple or banana. The pack of 6 is great as I put one in my car and take a few to work.

The cashews are excellent. Very happy with them. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the packaging is a little flimsy. The plastic film on top of a couple of the containers came off and the lids shifted so a few cashews fell out of the containers. Didn't affect the taste, however. All in all, I was pleased and would purchase these again.

I love this KLEIN'S NATURAL RAW CASHEWS , ORGANIC . I used to eat it at my bedtime after my nighttime of studying and practicing . No need to brush your teeth after ate it cause no sugar in it. ANd at the time you are too tired and too lazy for coming to bathroom to brush ur teeth but it s ok just flying down in your bed and have sweet dreams. There are fat in it but it s good because it s from fruit too. I like to know this from any cute female doctor that buying grocery on amazon. com. Since i knew amazon grocery , i stopped to go to grocery stores near me or just 1-2 times a year. Now i have more time for my studying and practicing and amazon grocery selling the best grocery that i need to buy most every month.
