My order arrived quickly, and I quickly realized I had ordered the wrong item (rocker plate vs. toggle plate). I contacted the company via Marketplace feedback, about exchanging the item. They responded the next day, and the exchange was completed by regular mail within 10 days--they even paid shipping for the new item. And it's a lovely item, made in the USA.
