These speakers are amazing, I purchased two pair and coupled them with Omnimount Cosmic 16 speaker stands (These speaker stands fit the B-2's perfectly) and wow what a fantastic sound. Like a lot of users on this site I had a couple of pair's of Bose 301 speakers and thought I was experiencing high quality audio until these Badboys arrived. They are very sensitive speakers so even low powered Amp/receivers can play nice with these bookshelves. Put some Oomph into them though and that's when they really shine. Hooked up to my Yamaha RX-V663 AV Receiver as my Right and Left main surrounds, and my Right and Left Back surrounds (For full Blue-ray True HD) I was simply stunned by the audio quality. No matter what I threw at the B-2's, music, DVD, Live concert in HD, Sports in HD, they handled the audio flawlessly. I was using Sony floor standing speakers for my front right and front left channels and Bose 301's for the surround sound channels and although this setup sounded good it just always seemed to be missing something, sounded good but never great. I decided to hit some Audio Forums on the net and see what I could learn and the number one suggestion that I read over and over again from site to site was match your speaker set to at least the same manufacturer and for the absolute best audio match the speakers to the same series. Once my B-2's arrived and they sounded even better than my floor standing 150 w Sony's suffice it to say that the Bose and the Sony's were on eBay the next day. I took the forum users advice and for my Front channel speakers I purchased the floor standing big brother of the B-2's the F-2's and topped the system off with his cousin the C-2 Center channel speaker. I can't imagine another speaker set in this price range even coming close to the sound quality of these Klipsch Synergy III series matched speakers. What's amazing is that even at low volumes (Perfect for night time movie watching) theses speakers still deliver the full range of sound, where as my other speaker setup dropped the base completely off the map and made everything sound tinny. I do have a previously purchased JBL 12" 250 watt subwoofer hooked up to this speaker set but I'll be honest with you, you don't even need a subwoofer if your money is tight because the floor standing F-2's simply rattle the walls with deep sounding base. To put everything in a nutshell, my wife and I are very, very happy with our new wall rattling speaker setup, the neighbors, not so much LOL.

Had these speakers for about a month now. Bought them to enhance the sound from my flat screen TV. Works well for that purpose. A little weak in the bass for listening to music but crystal clear mid-range. Good speakers for their size and price.

These speakers work very well as surround speakers, but they shine during multi-channel stereo listening as well, especially with vocals. These bring out vocals like less expensive speakers just cannot. Well worth the price.

I bought these Klipsch B-2 speakers to pair with a Yamaha RX 397 receiver and I couldn't be happier. The sound and performance is far better than I had expected and the price was very reasonable. I set up the receiver and cd player in a built-in cabinet and put the speakers in the book cases surrounding the cabinet. I was used to old Polk bookshelf speakers and these Klipsch B-2s sound so much better. It's not an audiophile setup, but they perform wonderfully. I don't think you could do any better for the price.

Great sound with rich bass and clear mid and upper ranges. They were bigger and heavier than I expected and included extra touches like very heavy duty speaker wire connectors and sound dampening where the grill connects to the solid wood case.

The problem with buying stuff over the Internet is that many things are subjective. In many cases it's best if you can see and in this case also hear the product before you buy it. Absent that you rely on company reputation and comments from current owners. I respect that and work hard to help people know what is good to buy and what should be avoided.

I am extremely satisfied with these speakers and expect anyone else would be as well.

I recently bought thse bad boys from a posting in CL. I already have a pair of Klipsch KG .5's with a Velodyne Sub. The Klipsch B-2's shake the house to its foundation. Sometimes I listen to the Klipsch all by themselves and have found they really don't need the sub. The tunes they put out are nothing short of AWESOME in every sense of the word. I watch HD movies on our 55" LED HD TV and get shaken real good while sitting in my EZ chair. I much more rather watch movies at home instead of going th the movies. I think my home theater sounds way better than a movie theater. The L'il fellas really sound better than any home theater I have ever heard. The only problem is the buzzing of picture frames all over our entire home. THEY ROCK !

I use them as front speakers in a surround setup in a small room, they sound great. They really shine when I am watching movies. Would make great rear surround speakers in a large room.

Although this pair of bookshelf speakers are considered mid-range hi-fi, I would rate it on the higher end.

Since these speakers are an older line of Klipsch (2007), I think they can be over priced but a bargain if found on sale. The size (8x7x12) allow them to be versatile and they look sleek. Performance matters more then looks but having both is a plus.

They offer great sound at the mid range level but I am not always thrilled with the bass when playing music. It had no problems when playing movies. They can be used alone in a 2.1 system or mixed and matched in a higher (I have a 7.1) surround home theater system.

If you are looking for a good pair of speakers and can find these on sale, they are a solid choice.

I upgraded from klipsch KG 2.5s floor standing speakers. These are compact yet powerful. Full range sound with a little to much emphasis on bass, but that is easily adjusted within the amp.

I wanted a great speaker to go with my Harden Kardon receiver...and the sound is just beautiful.
