This sw will give you a true full range of freq., as pure and clean a sound as they come, and no matter the setting being a powered sub you'll never run low on juice.
After searching online I found this is a common problem with Klipsch subs.

Good sub for the price, especially if you can catch it on sale at Newegg for ~$170. Overall, the bass is solid.
