I returned with a request for a larger size- never heard from them but my account was credited- not shipping. I called to reorder (yes the larger size was available) saying I didn't want to have to pay shipping again and was told to use a promo code that was not accepted- in addition the shoe price was now more. After more calls to the company I managed to reorder at the original price but still had to pay shipping again!!!! DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU ARE POSITIVE YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO RETURN

I was happy to find these shoes on sale! There are not any stores around that carry this brand. I have been wearing these shoes more than my tennis shoes, they are just that comfortable. I have a bad knee and these really help ease the impact of walking. They are pretty light, I was expecting them to be heavy due to the thicker sole. I will be looking for sandles next.

The first time I wore this dreamy shoe I wore it ALL DAY and ran errands. It was wonderful! I have been a loyal customer of Dansko but sometimes their shoes are just too hard and I want more cushion. If cushion and support are what you need Klogs are the shoe for you. I also like that you can wear this shoe with dress pants or blue jeans and you still look nicely put together. I hope that soon they will introduce more styles and compared to Dansko the are considerably less expensive!!! My Mom has worn these shoes for a while now and always goes on about them, now I see why. I can't wait to purchase another pair!!! I CAN'T IMAGINE ANYONE NOT LOOOOVING THIS SHOE!!!

I opened up the package, took the shoe out, slipped my foot in and felt like Cinderella. That shoe is molded perfectly to my foot! After a 12 hour shift on concrete my feet don't hurt even an 1/8th as bad as with my previous shoes! Great shoe, built well, not too high, not too low, good foot and arch support. I love that I can slip my feet out quickly.

this shoe is so much more comfortable than a dansko shoe. and, when you wear out the insole, you can remove it, buy another one, and still keep the shoe!

I highly recommend these klogs. I have wide/short feet and the 7.5M fit perfectly. I can stand and walk in these shoes for hours on end. My back feels much better when I walk in these shoes around the house instead of going bare feet. After wearing these klogs, nothing compares in my closet now in terms of fit, comfort and support. So, I've purchsed FOUR pairs, hoping they'll last me a lifetime:) Amazon has the best deals, especially during the holidays, so I'm stocking up!

I wear 7 1/2 medium and that size is perfect in these shoes with or without average weight socks. If I went a half size smaller my heels would hang over the raised frame at the backs of these Klogs.

These clogs rock! They are a little on the big size, I normally wear an 8.5W and I ordered an 8W~ perfect! They do not seem at all heavy, although they are solid. They have lots of room in the toe box, are really cushy, and I wore these straight out of the box with no aches, pains or rubs. I love these clogs, and will be buying more of this brand.

Took the shoes out of the box, wore them all evening that evening and all day at work the next day. These are wonderfully comfortable.

These are nearly everything I look for in a shoe: comfortable, professional enough for slacks/skirts, great support, American made (if only they were cheaper... I'd own every color). Like the other reviewers, I agree they are a bit on the large/wide end. But that's great for those of us with larger feet. My normal size (10) fit fine in this brand. Their clog style is similar to Danskos but I find the width difference seems to be quite significant. They look cute with or without socks. This might be my new favorite brand (along with my Keens).
