OK but no $1400.00 fish pole,

This is listed as $1449.00 fish pole for $15.00 which is probably about the right price. I just can't see what makes this pole worth $1449.00. I don't ice fish but the friend we bought it for does. He said it looks like a nice pole but not $1449.00. Unless there is more real gold on it than I can see.
