5.0 out of 5 stars fish & seafood are few of my favorite things... January 20, 2012

A very nice cookbook to own. Very organized, with a little presentation before each recipe. It also gives techniques and recipe variations. Also it lets you know about other important things such as the ingredients to be used. Each recipe is also accompanied with step by step pictures. Recipes are easy and ingredients are basic and commonly found in most supermarkets. I guarantee you will enjoy this book.
