Awesome, solid, sturdy. If you have a really bad problem with back spasm and stiffness, and find the vibe massagers useless, try this! It's a deep-muscle pain meat grinder. SOme soreness at first, but well worth it for me!

This massager helped me ease chronic (20-years) spasms in my mid and upper back, long-term chronic stiffness is finally disappearing. Also helps me work around the shoulder blades and neck, and find trigger points (see Trigger Point Therapy book by Clair Davies).

I ordered another, and might get a 3rd before I can't find this model any more, seems it is being phased out.

It's extremely study, I push back into it hard, and it keeps chugging along. This would have definitely broken the plastic tracks on the kind with the up-and-down motion like the SBM-200. But this model handles pushing into it, to get deep into tight muscles, just fine.

I recommend using duct tape at the joint of the plug wire and the body of the massager, otherwise there will be a problem. Mine was broken the 2nd day when my friend's kid sat on it and the cord was too close to the armrest of a recliner.

As soon as my backup arrives, I am taking precautionary measure of wrapping it about 8 times around with duct tape, to strengthen the weak plastic where it connects, and to prevent the cord from becoming cracked and/or frayed.

5 stars and then some for this God-send!

I've tried this product in my office chair, in my car, and with friends. We all enjoyed the kneading massage of this device. It gives a medium to strong massage which is very enjoyable for relieving stress in the back and shoulders.

Other units I found to be too strong but this one is just right for everyday use. Other stronger units feel good at first but leave you with bruises that you feel the next day. This unit was just right.

I am the dealer of this product but I am also a user.

This product is made in China so start using was OK but easy to be broken the electlics. Need to fix but cost too much! I don't recommend it.
