Not worth it,

I bought this brace for knee cap pain before going to school for physical therapy. I used the brace but it didn't really help. Now that I am done with school and know more about patellar femoral pain I realize that if you are having sharp pains in the front of your knee due to patellar tracking problems, this brace will not help you.
