4.0 out of 5 stars NOT FOR RUNNING.
I run and bike a lot, and seeing that these were designed for both, I was quite pleased. I KEPT them because they work fine for cycling, but I should have known better about running in them. How could they possibly stay up? If you pull them up all the way to your butt, they will stay up for perhaps a quarter mile. I imagine it may be too much to ask someone to make a...

1.0 out of 5 stars Not wool and they don't stay up

Seller was willing to take them back, but I couldn't be bothered. The only other problem with this product is that it doesn't stay in place. I run and bike a lot, and seeing that these were designed for both, I was quite pleased. I KEPT them because they work fine for cycling, but I should have known better about running in them. How could they possibly stay up? If you pull them up all the way to your butt, they will stay up for perhaps a quarter mile. I imagine it may be too much to ask someone to make a fabric tube that won't settle as I run--it would have to be STICKY, which would probably irritate my sweating skin. Bottom line, good for cycling, bad for running/hiking.
