The Sport Force Kneeler / Seat Pad is a generous size for any kneeling / sitting application. You can move your knees around to find the position that is most comfortable for you. There were originally developed for CPR training for American Heart Association workshops. This is a thin model and is okay for flat surfaces. For more comfort or on rocky or uneven surfaces we suggest you use one of our multi-layered kneelers. They also make a great bleacher seat. It insulates you from hot and cold. They are lightweight and easy to carry and store.
