Fill tub, add 1 capful Kneipp Herbal Bath and mix gently. Rinse cap after use. Recommended bathing time should be at least 5 but not exceed 20 minutes. The body needs a few minutes to absorb the warmth of the water. Kneipp recommends using a special "bath tub pillow" on which you can rest your head to relax your neck and shoulders. Try to completely relax and make your thoughts wander to far-away places.

I bought Kneipp Herbal Baths when I was pregnant and have been a loyal customer since! This is top quality and makes your whole house smell good while the bath is running:-) Very soothing smells and a color therapy as a bonus- each "flavor" has a color and you get to soak in it (blue, red, yellow, etc..) I highly recommend these baths!

The only thing you need to know is that these are great scents- They are very fragrant, so if you have a sensitive nose, go light on the amount you put into the bath; but any way you use it, they are wonderful! My personal favorite is the orange blossom and linden flower- but all of the scents are good in their own ways.

My sister use to buy these for me as a child and when I became pregnant I wanted something to help me relax. The oils in this product are very potent, and really help you relax. I especially love the eucalyptus because it totally opens up your sinuses which is great in dry Colorado winter weather!
