Wow.
I spent over $30 for this book. I wouldn't be so disappointed if it was less than $10!
Where do I start...
On the back cover, it states that there are "over 75 never before seen photographs." THIS IS NOT TRUE! I counted, and there are just about 50. Expecting a glossy insert with some great photos? Sorry. The B&W photos on are the pages. Hot pictures of David and K.I.T.T. in action, professionally taken and licensed? Sorry. Any photos of David were taken by a 12 year old kid that had the pleasure of Knight Rider being filmed at his home. I didn't count exactly, but there are about ten of those scattered throughout the 500+ pages, and they are by and large bad pictures with objects in the way. Someone named Christopher Orlando took photos at various auto shows and they are included. Again, poor, some out-of-focus shots. Do you like guest stars you've never heard of, and never really did much memorable? Plenty of headshots of them! I don't want to see headshots of people in "never before seen photographs!" The implication is that it is regular cast of the show! Misleading! Also, some of the "pictures" are about six pages of script an extra used and scribbled on. Those can't really be counted as pictures, so that brings the count closer to 40-45. The only interesting shots are of the old, torn up actual K.I.T.T. parts that the author owns (and aren't never before seen because they are online!,) and some shot-by-shot-stunts. Never before seen photographs, yeah, and with good reason. Seventy-five? TOTALLY dishonest number. Come on. When I read that description, and when most people read it, they would buy thinking that they were getting quality good stuff. False advertising for sales.
NEXT, as the back cover proclaims, "Over 60 brand new interviews with cast and crew members.

This is my second Knight Rider book and, though I much prefer the Knight Rider Companion, this book is a nice complement and very interesting to read. I just wish it had more photos.
