This is my favorite Knightowl album, it doesn't have the pumped up production and power that the later joints have, but this has got pure creativity 2 it. The songs are all different from each other, Get Ready is a crazy loco song that is just insane! Funky Rhyme is a tight song by the owl that is perverted & is about smokin' dope, the song Kill Me Ah Witness is a tight joint that is a lyrical murda song that has some 80's beat to it, and the song Sick In The Mind with the twisted distorted voice on it is a crazy, loco, funky smoke out tune that has a crazy G-funk to it.

Knightowl sparks up his joints on songs 1, 3, *4, *5, 6, 7, 8, 9, *10, *11, 13 & 14.

THIS IS MY FAVORITE KNIGHTOWL. IT DOSENT HAVE THE PUMPED UP PRODUCTION AND POWER THAT THE LATER ONES HAVE, BUT THIS HAS GOT PURE CREATIVITY. THE SONGS ARE ALL DIFFERENT FROM EACH OTHER, LIKE SICK IN THE MIND WITH THE TWISTED DISTORTED VOICE ON IT. THE FIRST SONG IS DOPE, HE RAPS OVER PETE WINGFELDS NITEOWL. AND THE SECOND, WITH IS ANOTHER OLDIE BEAT BUT i CANT REMEMBER WHO WROTE IT. THE TRIBUTE TO MARY WELLS IS BANGIN, AND HE RAPS OVER A BUNCH OF OLD CUTS FROM HER LIKE TWO LOVERS, BEAT ME TO THE PUNCH, AND SOME OTHERS. GOTTA KILL ME A WHITNESS IS A REAL SLOW POWERFUL BEAT. BASICALLY EVERY TRACK ON HERE IS DOPE. PERIOD. DEFINITELY RECOMEND IT.

Knightowl songs describe the way much of our generation thinks and acts. Although some lyrics may be somewhat harsh, the reality of these words cannot be ignored.

I think that the song "here comes the knightowl" is the greates hit, it is simple, not so old fashioned.
