Quite simply one of the most interesting books I have read.
I first read this book in elementary school and now I am in college and it gets better every time. If stories of knights,dragons,and unbelieveable acts of chivalry call you,then this is the book for you. Ever wonder about King Arthur, Merlin, Gwain? Its all here. A must read!

Not Free SF Reader
A heavily illustrated collection of stories adapted for the younger reader, probably around the double figure range. Various knightly tales are included, with as usual a larger focus being on the various major Arthurian stories, but there are others included here too. It would seem to be to be more aimed at boys, too, in particular...

This book has many different stories about different knights. I rented it from the library and I fell in love with it immediately. The pencil sketches are the best that I have ever seen in my entire life!

Various knightly tales are included, with as usual a larger focus being on the various major Arthurian stories, but there are others included here too. It would seem to be to be more aimed at boys, too, in particular. You could perhaps rate it higher if the kid that gets it hasn't seen any of this before. 3 out of 5 |
