This review is for the Mythbusters "Curving Bullets" episode. I was disapointed when I missed this episode on cable, so was happy to find it on-demand.

The myths covered here are the Curving Bullets as found here Wanted (Single-Disc Widescreen Edition) (with Kari *very pregnant*, Grant, and Tory) and Sonic Boom Braking Glass (with Jamie and Adam).

As usual, there is a good amount of humor in each of the segments and you can tell that they enjoyed shooting (pun intended) this firearm heavy episode. It was also great seeing the Blue Angel jets in the Sonic Boom episode.

I will not say what the results were for these two, but it was a very enjoyable episode.

Highly Recommended!

THis season includes: Dumpster Diving, Boomerang bullet, unarmed and unharmed, antacid jailbreak, Hidden nasties, mini myth madness, Soda cup killer, Dive to survive, Spy car escape, bottle bash, no pain no gain, mythsion control, duct tape hour 2, waterslide whipeout, arrow machine gun, table cloth chaos, cold feet, hair of the dog, storm chasing myths, fireball stun gun, flu fiction, mini myth mayhem, reverse engerneering, inverted underwater car, bug special, President's challenge, green hornet special, and Operation Valkyrie as well as mythbusters top 25 moments as a bonus on hte 6th disc and a few select aftershows for some of the episodes. I got mine on the Discovery channel website which is a bit cheaper then here but buying them is worth the price they are asking here if you really want season 7 on DVD

I bought this season on DVD and - like most Mythbuster seasons - I enjoyed it. I kind of miss the vibe of the earlier seasons like 2-5 where all of them worked as a 'team' more often, and they spent more time showing their process from start to finish (failures, arguments, and all). Still, even when it isn't as great at it used to be it is still a good show.

That's why it is IRKING me to no end that they are not releasing the show in seasons on disc. No - I don't want to buy the seasons digitally. I want discs - Blu-Ray preferably - but DVDs if they aren't willing to go HD. And I want them as full seaons, not the awful 'collections' that have a bunch of crap I've already bought and that don't have all the episodes.

So does anyone have any clue about what's going on? The Discovery site won't say bupkiss about this and I've exhausted every line of inquiry I know of. Why no DVD seasons? Bah!

These guys and gals are brilliant, intrepid and dedicated. It seems incredible that they have made a career out of all of our superstitions and misconceptions. The best science classes ever. I love it.

It's totally a mix of Science and techno-mischief. From what I can tell, the hardest part about working on this show is coming up with new myths to bust to justify blowing more stuff up. My sons are really the ones who watch it so I included the following interview:

JD: So, what do you like about the show Mythbusters, son?"
CD: When they blow up stuff.

There you go.

MythBusters has become our family's go-to evening entertainment. Always interesting science, usually funny, too. Even a few weird experiments that look like fun! (like the giant water slide)

Sometimes better than Who's Line is it Anyway? and other times far greater than Steve Irwin. Never a bad episode.
