I like this book so much more than other fitness books because Mia is also a single working mother who knows how hard it is. This book really motivated me to make the time for myself. Her workouts make me feel strong physically and mentally! They're very empowering. A boxer's workout is really a good stress reliever! Plus, her recipes are easy too. A made the enchiladas last night and no one new they were low fat. This is a workout that I can stick to because her plan is reasonable and motivating for total wellness.

I am impressed with this book. It's
3 books in one: motivational, exercise, and nutrition. Like a lot of people I need motivation before exercising, and St. John motivates and encourages you throughout the book. The exercise plan is very detailed and easy to follow. Also, she has really easy to prepare meals, who thought Mexican food could be low fat, low sodium, low calories, and actually taste wonderful?! If you're looking for an exercise book, a motivational book, and a cookbook, buy this book!

Mia St. John is the whole package, beauty, brains, and a great right hook! Her book carefully and in detail explains how you do not just need exercise, you need to eat right AND have the right mentality towards achieving your weight loss goals, plus there are many very good low-fat, high protein recipes that you can make for yourself and your family. The book has everything! Buy this book today!

Fantastic Workout!,

I might be biased but this girl knows her stuff. Instead of concentrating on just the workout (which is IMHO fantastic) she also focuses on nutrition. Most of the time if you want a complete program you end up having to buy two books. I personally use the program outlined in Mia's book and have been extremely happy with the results--2 inches from my waist in just a week and a half!! You can't get any better than that!
