Incredibly difficult to use for short 2 day stay in Budapest,

While the book seemed to have a good amount of detail once you knew where you were going, finding out the most important places to go and how to get there proved incredibly difficult.1. no summary of "star" must-see sites 2. no comprehensive map that has city-wide street level detail and overlay of subway (all these maps are available, but on different pages and different sections of the book) The book just seemed to miss the boat on a number of other things, too, and was just painfully frustrating to use. Other Knopf books (like for Prague) seem to be ok. |
