I was surprised, I did not expect this product to be so good. We love it. I like to always have some on hand. I also like to use it as a starter, and add other ingredients to it. You won't be dissapointed!

This is far better than the fried rice at many of the Chinese restaurants we frequent! Like the above poster, I keep on hand and often add chicken, beef, or other ingredients that we have available. Amazon's price is also much less expensive than our local grocery on this item. We are loving it!

I buy this from Amazon by the case for those last-minute meals that need a quick, easy side dish. Everyone in the family likes it---even those who aren't crazy about rice. It's a very nice blend.
