Dehydrated Vegetables (Onions, Tomatoes, Red Bell Pepper Green Bell Pepper, Garlic), Spices (Including Paprika), Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (Corn, Soy, Wheat,), Potato Starch, Beef Fat, Lactose (Milk), Wheat Flour, Sugar, Salt, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Maltodextrin, Caramel Color, Guar Gum, Monosodium Glutamate, Natural Flavors, Disodium Guanylate, Disodium Inosinate.
Beef Goulash: 2 tbsp olive oil; 1 1/2 lb boneless chuck or round steak, cut into 1 inch cubes; 1 medium sweet onion, chopped; 2 cups water; 1 package Knorr Goulash (Beef Stew) recipe mix. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large saucepan and brown beef in two batches. Remove beef and set aside. Add remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and cook onion about 4 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in water and Knorr Goulash (Beef Stew) recipe mix and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and return beef to saucepot. Simmer covered 50 minutes or until beef is tender. Garnish with sour cream. 4 servings. Prep time: 10 minutes. cook time: 1 hour.
