Editorial Reviews

On their 3rd album, Know Hope, The Color Morale skillfully combine all of the elements they're known for; shredding riffs, soaring chorus and anthemic, catchy chorus. They do it in a manner that shows they are masters of their craft and kings of their genre. Similar to A Day To Remember and Memphis May Fire, they have truly carved out their place in a scene where passion matters. With their heavy touring schedule, hitting the road with As I Lay Dying, The Devil Wears Prada, Crown the Empire and more, you can guarantee a fun time and a chance to sing-along all your favorite choruses.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wow. July 21, 2013

This is probably one of the best albums I've bought this year! Its near perfect lyrically and Garrett's cleans are so good. I was turned away at first by the uncleans, but I've grown to love them. Strange Comfort and Steadfast are my favorites. I highly recommend Know Hope!

I loved their last disc (My Devil in Your Eyes). This one is their best so far. Very solid. Every song has epic, meaningful lyrics and is produced very well. They are one of my new favorite bands. Buy this album if you like The Word Alive, A Day to Remember, Crown the Empire or We Came as Romans.

5.0 out of 5 stars For a Metalcore fan! June 24, 2013
By Fabian
Format:MP3 Music|Verified Purchase
This was my first TCM album. I heard and saw their music videos for "Learned Behavior" and "Strange Comfort" and loved them! Overall the sound is refreshing from what you generally here from other metalcore bands with the typical heavy growls and clean vocals, but the grit and rasp through out the singing really helps to characterize and set TCM apart! The song and lyrics are very meaningful, expressing personal struggles, finding comfort with who they are and with the life they live, and at the heart of the album their song "In Light In Me" details the theme of the album and the title. Check it out! :)

Get this if you are a fan of the genre. It took maybe one listen through for me to get used to it, never owning an album of theirs before. but after that, I loved it. the song Learned Behavior is worth the ten bucks on its own.
