I know the above is a cliche, but that doesn't stop it from being true! This book has what no other so-called 'self-help book' has: useful, easy-to-follow steps to improving -- no, to TRANSFORMING yourself! Dr. August is a genius; he takes you on a journey in every chapter... you never know where you will end up, but you really enjoy the trip! ;) I can't recommend this book more highly!

I was very skeptical when I was given this book by a friend -- not anymore! Dr. August knows of what he speaks! He says things from the heart, and they really make you think about your life and whether you're happy -- or more than happy!

Anyone who wants to become their own dream date has to read this book! AOK! AOK! AOK!

This is the book for you. The one. I really recommend you try this because if you love yourself, and I know you do... you're going to want to try this. I lost 15 pounds by applying Directive Integration and Cyclical Possibility Establishment to my weight-loss programs. This is not a diet book, but a life book, but I am living proof that you can really use the ideas in Know "Thyself, SHow Thyself" to make real changes in your life!

Words fail me. I feel like I've known Dr. August all my life. The words he writes will touch you as nothing else ever has. When you "get it", you will be changed forever! AOK! :) :) :)

Dr. Victor August really knows how to present his ideas in an engaging and entertaining format. You won't even notice how much you're learning until you discover how much better you can relate to all aspects of your life -- including yourself!

I recommend this book very highly. It's "AOK!"

Every page is filled with entertaining, informative, useful instructions for figuring yourself out. This is not just another self-improvement book: THIS is the self-improvement book that blows the other self-improvement books out of the water! You'll never look at self-improvement books in the same way again! Yes!!!
