Vince Vance and his amazing talent comes out in this song...because he is the epitome of "New Orleans". The Blues, the Rock, the Soul, the fun all wrapped up in one man..."Vince Vance".

I think "All I Want for Christmas Is You" is the best rock hybrid Christmas song ever written. Buy this CD to show your gratitude for it. But it gets much, much better. I was driving down I-10 late one night when "Amadago" came on the radio and I nearly drove off the highway. Garage band par-excellence, neo-fascist incorrecto politico, sheer bullstuff brilliance. Had to be done by Italians, natch. I just had to have it. Took me a while to track it down since they didn't credit the band. I had heard of Vince Vance and the Valiants but didn't connect the dots to this song. Since then I've become a fan. You owe it to yourself to pay tribute to this type of inside madness. Yeah, it's low brow but it's carried off with the panache of some great minds. Way to go guys. Gol durn right baby, Amadago, deep down inside.
