If you think that Satan and the evil principalities of the world simply exist in childhood imaginations or Hollywood movies, you had better read this book. Dr. Youssef has done a great deal of research and provides deep insight into how Satan works and the incredible deception that he creates in the world and in the hearts and minds of people of all ages and every socio-economic background. And as Dr. Youssef points out, there is no question that Satan's forces are stronger now than ever before in the history of mankind (okay, humankind). Satan (a.k.a. "THe Angel of Light,") has even infiltrated and in some cases, taken over many churches. Bottom line...read this book. It explains Satan's strategies, his army of demons, how their organized, etal. Best of all...it'll tell you how to not only protect yourself from the Enemy, but how to wage war against him and the evil principalities. This book will change your life.

This book provides an excellent guideline for battling our enemy, Satan, who is out to "kill, steal and destroy" Christians. Many people want to downplay the existence of Satan, that he isn't real or can't harm Christians. However, the author reminds us that he is real and in order to combat him we must prepare our battle plan. I have The Seven Point Counteroffensive listed in my daily planner so that I can review it every morning. I would highly recommend this book to every believer.

In my battle with spiritual warfare (which is very real and increases as you walk more closely with the Lord), this resource was the best I have read to date that clearly and succinctly explains the nature of our enemy, his tactics and battle plan, and how to victoriously rest on the power of the finished work of atonement on the Cross by our Lord. This is a wonderful resource. I intend to read it often and to buy several copies for my friends to have in their libraries. This is perhaps the most influential book I have read in 5 years--------and I have read a lot in my own struggles with depression and spiritual warfare. All the glory goes to the Lord; He ALONE is our focus, our strength and our sustainer. This is clear from scripture as Michael Youssef thoroughly points out in this fine work.

Outstanding book ... really hits home regarding the spiritual warfare currently going on in this world. Satan is alive and well, busy wrecking havoc with his minions ... in our homes, schools, workplace, relationships, and most definitely our churches. Read the book! But beforehand, please pray for God's message to come thru loud and clear for you ... we are all at different stages of our relationship with Christ, so He will allow us to see different things, because it's all about HIS plan, not ours! Be vigilant with prayer and keep those doors closed to Satan and his minions ... and open WIDE for God's love, forgiveness, and direction for your life! I'm sorry to see the book is out of print ... we continue to buy used books and lone them to friends and family members to get the word out! It's war, but the GREAT THING IS God already won thru Christ ... Satan knows he's headed for the "lake of fire", but he's going down with a fight! Don't go down with him! PRAISE GOD FOR HIS MANY BLESSINGS!!!

While reading this book, it helped me to recognize and overcome various battles that were within me. I realized the lingering doubts I had about myself were not I, but put there by the devil and his workers. It has given me insight about God and all of His righteousness. Reading this book will transform your life.

Michael Youssef provides an excellent overview of Satan's tactics in our lives. The tactics are so effective because we continue to understand the world only through our physical senses and desires. Reading this book will help you understand the underlying spiritual forces behind the events in your life and how you can successfully overcome most of them through discipline and faith in Christ. This book is easy to read, easy to understand, and well written for obtaining knowledge that you can employ in your daily life. Practical and wonderful advice!

Dr. Michael Youssef has written a book that is easily read and understood - with clear, concise information to identify our real enemy as servants to our Living Lord and Saviour.
He invites self-examination and encourages spiritual discernment.
The book is broken down into smaller sections that identify specific characteristics of the enemy, how he came to be, how he continues to operate and why.
As Christians you cannot be uninformed of this enemy and after reading this book, you won't be.
Good, straight forward, solid read.

"KNOW YOUR REAL ENEMY" by Michael Youssef, is a WONDERFUL BOOK! This book provides you with such godly wisdom, which we all need in our battle to defeat the one real enemy of all, which is Satan!! The real enemy of the world and every human being, is Satan and he MUST be DEFEATED! The FINAL VICTORY will be Jesus Christ's and that is a PROMISE from OUR HEAVENLY FATHER GOD!! Michael Youssef is such a wonderful Spirit-Filled Man of God and uses such godly wisdom in all his books! Our Heavenly Father God is using Michael Youssef in such a mighty way!! I listen to Pastor Michael Youssef on a regular basis. He and Pastor Charles Stanley are my 2 most favorite Pastors! They are both GENUINE and SINCERE! I would highly recommend this book to EVERYONE!!

He assumes that this Satan exists in the same way the x-tians defined it 2000 years ago . . . He keeps blabbering on about this Satan. I wouldn't mind if his intentions was to save humankind, but this looks like a fundamentalist x-tian who is out to make money . . . He has done a great deal of research on the subject though, still I would say you have to be a x-tian to actually gain anything from this book.
