There is only so much you can say about twine, but one thing is if its strong and not rough. This one if strong and it is not rough in the fingers. It has unlimited uses in the kitchen and out and Im pleased with it.

Nice size roll for tying roasts and bracchiole. It's difficult finding twine that is safe for use on edibles especially since 9/10ths of everything comes from Chine and God only knows what's in theirs.

This is good butcher's twine and its made in the USA. Comes wrapped and I plan to store it in a zip-lock in the kitchen drawer to keep it clean until needed. I hate running out and not having any when I need it!

This is what it is. Butcher's twine. Holds food together for cooking without catching fire. What more could you want from Butcher's Twine?

Very nice quality clean cotton twine, wrapped in plastic, perfect for my purpose of tying meat. Unlike other types of twine that is not food grade and not protectively wrapped in plastic when it arrived, it is economical enough to be used as any other ordinary twine would/could be. There is probably enough to last me for the next decade at least.

Good twine. Use it to bind up poultry, or fly a big kite. I like that it's clean, and US made. Richard

I bought this to tie my roasts, and it's a good size for that. Plenty of string to last a long time.

its string. it can tie things. In my experience with it, this brand of string has tied things just as well as the leading brand.
