A must if you want the extra lenses on the dx7440 or 7630. Easily attaches to the camera, very lightweight.

The adapter advertised to fit the Z730 does not. However, I did get another free adapter for some 52 mm close up lenses that does fit onto the camera at 39.2 mm. After careful review and looking closely at the adapter for the DX7440 which looks in the picture to go from 39.2 to 37 mm I ordered it and hopefully it will fit. Amazon needs to correct this error.

The lens adapter I received was the wrong size for the Z730 camera. I needed 37mm screw, according to the Kodak site, but the one received was much smaller. However, it was wrongly identified as fitting the Z730.

It works great. Mine was a little too long so I used some very fine emery paper to sand it off (the end the toward the camera). It didn't take much and it has worked well every since. It was also cheaper than the original that a friend lost.

Well, I have to give it a 5 star rating, after all, it is the adapter which will make the lenses fit. LOL... Ahem. But yeah, It's a MUST own piece for these camera's that use'em!

My DX7630 camera does not start with this thing on it. So I have either to put it on after it started of to screw it just half -tight so that it has enough space to operate. I'd say it's unsatisfactory and I'll have to find the other solution.
