The Bible for color negative and print processing,
This review is from: Kodak Color Darkroom Dataguide (Paperback)
This book is essential to those who are interested in developing color prints. This is the exact book that Kodak has for black and white, except the information pertains to color negatives, slides, and prints. A must have for serious photographers.

I'm tinking about doing my own 35mm and 120 film developing and was recommended this book by some peers. The book is excactly what I was looking for. It contains not only an overview of film and developing, but details on processing film and prints. There's even an exposure calculator in the print section.
I didn't need the info on prints because I'll be scanning negatives into my computer, but if I ever do want to do prints I already have the info now. The data and instructions for developing film are great. It really spells it out step by step with diagrams in the perfect place. Of course this is all about Kodak film, but in reality it will apply to any films. If a film is special in some way, it should come with it's own instructions on developing chemicals and teperatures.

Dated material - $8.00 clearance,

Great intro to Color processing and I got it brand new for $7.64 US at a local camera shop. It listed for $22.95 back in the day, but a lot of the information is for film that Kodak doesn't make anymore or for old versions of current film - which may still be applicable: doesn't matter, current developing information comes with the chemicals and film.

I have never received what is shown on the picture. The red cover book is published on 1998. I ordered twice, first I received 1968 Black cover publication for Black and White Data guide and then, the second time, I received 1974 green cover publication. What can I say!!
