After years of using velvia, I was told to try this film and I love it! The color saturation is great which is especially good for sunsets and wildlife. I wosh I could give it 6 stars

5.0 out of 5 stars Hard to find slide film, August 17, 2009
This review is from: Kodak ELITE Chrome Extra Color 100 Speed 36 Exposure 35mm Slide Film (Electronics)
I purchased Kodak Elite Chrome Extra Color slide film online because no slide film is available in local stores anymore. I need slide film to send art slides to art galleries and museums all over the US to enter my wife's etchings in National and International competitions. I took the 36 slides outdoors in sunlight with an old Nikon camera that I hadn't used for years. I took 36 images of the etchings and had them processed at my local cvs (Longs) drug store. The images were great. A few were poorly centered in the slide mount, but that was probably my fault or the processer. I know that the film worked better than any I had used before.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Quality for under $10 a roll, September 22, 2011

This review is from: Kodak ELITE Chrome Extra Color 100 Speed 36 Exposure 35mm Slide Film (Electronics)
This is truly Kodak quality. Close as you can get to the old films and a great price. Gives beautiful saturated scans of scenic s. Probably not the best for portrait, but can be adjusted down in any simple photo software program.
