Original camera kit came with "only" 5 pieces of photo paper and an ink cartridge for printing "just" 5 photo's...It's nice how they get you started right out of the box and then hit you up for the essential accessories later on to continue priting photo's! Oh well, such is advertising! Good quality photo paper for my daughter to use with her EasyShare system but you must buy it in bulk to see an overall savings...Go with the 50 or 100 sheet packages if you can afford it!

Shipping was very very fast and the cost of the paper was low enough that they still beat out everyone else I could find on the net for total price, even with having to pay shipping.

We purchased our Kodak camera and printer through mail order. The store we were purchasing our cartridge and photo paper from discontinued carrying these items. Amazon has them, at a lesser price, and was very quick on the delivery time table. This product works great, produces very good quality prints, and is very easy to use. We will definitely be purchasing this item from Amazon in the future.

The first camera I can remember was an Eastman Kodak and the only thing I remember about it was the pull-out bellows, the 90 degree view finder and the great pictures it produced. Kodak still produces a good camera, but like the gas companies, the tobacco industry and the cocaine dealers, once they have you hooked, they rip you off.
Camera and printer dock still work fine, but Kodak has decided to stop producing the cartridges and paper and now whatever is available is three times as costly as originally. Even that would not be as distasteful as the fact that normal photo paper will not work with this printer. Way to go, Kodak. Another American icon down the drain.

Since I had knee surgery, it is hard for me to get out and about to look around for this item. I checked on Amazon and found it so I ordered it. Have always had good luck with any item I have ordered through Amazon.

I can't believe what a ripoff from Kodak. Bought this camera for my mom and it only printed 5 photos. So I looked up the cartidge and found it to be very expensive. People would pay $50 for 50 pictures. I can get them printed for less somewhere else. I mean before digital cameras I surely wasn't paying $50 for 50 pictures. Not even close!

My Mom was looking for a cartridge & paper for her Kodak printer. We had no luck at any of the stores in town. We went to Amazon and found it there. I placed the order and had it sent to my Mom's (lives inanother state). She received the product within the estimated time and it is working great. I would order from this vendor again. I like going through Amazon to get to the various vendors who offer what I'm looking for.

I wish Kodak would sell the ink cartridge with out having to buy more unwanted paper. If anyone knows where you can purchase just the ink cartridge please post it!.

I love the prints that my G600 printer delivers. But notice that the paper and 'ink' supply is dwindling. So I may have to order another refill kit to keep me happy for another couple of years. Sad to see that Kodak is discontinuing this product line in favor for inkjet technology.
