This product is pure junk. The paper jams consistently, and you run out of the "ink" thermal paper long before you run out of picture paper. The prints often have what look like air bubbles or misaligned color layers. However when it gets roling it can produce a good quality print. This was bought as a package with a camera and the camera is awsome,but this printer is awful.
