WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY OUR ORDER WAS HANDLED. WE COULD NOT FIND THIS ITEM IN THE STORES. WE NEEDED A REPLACEMENT FOR THE OLD PRINTER DOCKWE HAVE HAD FOR SEVERAL YEARS.

Had mine for quite a while. It's not supported by Windows 7. Check out the problems people are having with this thing printing only half a picture. Also check out the common problem where it doesn't not feed properly. Kodak has discontinued these printer docks for a good reason. Online chat support is mediocre, too.

I purchased a kodak easy share printer that was suppose to be like new. It was junk. Still waiting for my refund.
