5.0 out of 5 stars Even though used, not disappointed, January 8, 2007

This review is from: Kodak Ektagraphic Universal Slide Tray (Electronics)
The Ektagraphic slide projector and trays have been out of manufacture for several years, so I had to buy used equipment.

I was upgraded twice from the basic model at no extra cost due to shortage of model I ordered.

The projector arrived in excellent condition and worked very well right out of the box. The trays are clean and all in good working order. The lens was upgraded to a premium zoom lens.

Excellent!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Quality Slide Tray With One Exception, August 1, 2011
This review is from: Kodak Ektagraphic Universal Slide Tray (Electronics)
This is an Ektagraphic slide tray. It holds 80 photographic (positive) slides. It will fit on any Kodak slide projector. It is built of solid plastic, with care will not warp or deform, and generally lasts forever! It has one drawback - if only holds 80 slides. I much prefer the larger capacity tray Kodak B140T Carousel Transvue 140 Slide Tray, since it saves me from having to switch trays in a presentation.

I realize this technology is becoming obsolete, but there are literally millions upon millions of slides that are sitting in atics all over the world. What a treat it still is to set up the projector and have a night of reminiscing while looking at slides of yesteryear. The whole family enjoys it because they see themselves and others before age spots and wrinkles! Think of the hair styles and clothing changes we have had. They are all chronicled in the slides. Get them out and digitize them, or show them to the kids and grandkids. Everyone will have a grand time.

Just resurrecting an old hobby, because I found 3 kodachrome film mailers, and I need to get them into processing before December 31, 2010, or they will not honor them. They stopped making kodachrome film on September 30, 2009.
