I haven't bought this product but on Borders.com you can buy this brand new (though its backordered) and the information says two discs. That makes me think that since this product infornmation says one disc it is a bootleg. I'm not entirely sure but your best bet would be to get it brand new from borders for 36 bucks. They are a great store and I'm sad that they are going out of buisness but they get their products from the manufacturer obviously since they are a quality buisness
