As expected, this is a beautiful Christmas CD and a must for those who truly appreciate slack guitar music. I own most if not all other Kohala CD's and promised myself I'd get their Kohala Christmas one this year. You won't be disappointed.

I first heard this as background music at my daughter's Christmas show. The tunes are at once fresh and familiar. The pace is laid back and relaxed and the arrangements are free of any ornate orchestration that would distract from the pure and simply beauty of Hawaiian slack key guitar. Highly recommended.
