Cleanliness for All
Kohler bidet seats use two separate nozzles to gently clean you with warm, aerated water with a touch of a button. Its posterior cleaning offers superior cleaning over toilet paper alone, and a separate nozzle for anterior cleaning provides women with the confidence of a hygienic, gentle wash.

The C3-200 offers three temperature and three water pressure settings, and its pulsating spray cycles between high and low to provide a massaging stream of water. Additionally, an in-line water heater provides continuous hot water if desired. The C3-200's wand allows you to select five different positions for desired cleansing, and an oscillating feature extends and retracts the selected wand automatically through the five wand positions, providing a greater area of cleaning.

Its heated seat also has three different warmth levels. Other features include a warm air function to assist in drying and a deodorizer that pulls air from in the bowl through a filter and out of the seat to help minimize unpleasant odors. The C3-200 has a user sensor that detects when someone is sitting on the seat, and it's constructed of anti-microbial plastic.

Convenient features include a quietly closing lid and ring that prevent them from slamming, a quick release function that allows the seat to be easily removed during cleaning, and an integrated blue LED night light that illuminates the bowl when it detects that the room is dark. And its energy saving mode powers down the seat to the lowest setting after 24 hours of no use, and completely switches the seat off after 48 hours of no use.

Easy Installation
All you need to install this Kohler bidet is a GFI outlet within two feet of the toilet and seat. The water supply splits off from the existing water line that supplies the toilet tank with water. It measures 20-1/4 inches by 14-9/16 inches by 1-1/8 inches and is backed by a one-year limited warranty.

Remote Control
The C3-200 includes a remote control that enables you to activate the seat's features. You can save two preferred settings for two users. To create a pre-set, just press and hold the button for five seconds to store to memory the current settings for wand position, water pressure, water temperature, seat temperature, air temperature, and air speed.

Why Choose a Bidet?
A toilet seat with bidet functionality is most natural way to gently yet thoroughly clean even the most delicate of areas. Both men and women will benefit from soothing water cleansing, and it's particularly helpful for people with disabilities and seniors with arthritis, incontinence, or mobility problems--enabling them to use the toilet with ease and without assistance.

Customer Reviews

It lasted about a month until the pump stopped working.

Kohler does not make this bidet seat itself but a third party makes it from them and Kohler just put their name on it.

One would think Kohler would learn from Toto on this idea.

UPDATE 20 August 2012:
I would not recommend this product, nor will I be purchasing more Kohler products. This product comes with a remote that is necessary to perform many of its functions. There are some buttons on the side of the seat, as well, but they are virtually impossible to work correctly while sitting on the commode. From a height of about two feet, my remote, which attaches to the wall with a magnet, dropped to the floor. It outwardly looked perfectly fine; however, it no longer functions at all. A replacement remote from Kohler is $400.

That's right: $400 for a simple remote, when other companies are selling tablet computers for half that. Kohler maintains that the price is so high due to the device being very technologically advanced. My question is: why would I spend $400 for a remote again when I know it will break again if dropped once?

The reason I decided to update this review goes beyond that one incident, though. A relative of mine purchased this exact same model and also dropped the remote once, and after that one drop, it also stopped working. Something designed to work in a bathroom that attaches to the wall with a magnet should be capable of withstanding one drop.

I see Kohler now sells gimmicky $6,000 toilets with ridiculous features, and due to the fact that Kohler seems to chase gimmicky features over quality craftsmanship, I will not continue purchasing Kohler products.

My original review:

A few things: I purchased this from Amazon.com because of their return policy, and my local Kohler dealer did not accept returns on this item. I really needed to give this a test run before knowing if it would work for me. You do need a GFI installed behind the toilet to use this product.

Why did I buy this?

Bought this product for Christmas 2008. Within a few weeks the water pump stopped pumping water, only air. Cleaned the filter and all other recommended troubleshooting efforts, no luck. Called Kohler. Turns out they white label it from a third party, and take no responsibility for it despite the Kohler name all over it. The third party has terrible hours / is not very helpful. We shipped it back to them; it returned a week later with no note/explanation. Reinstalled it - no change. Phone calls again. Shipped again. Repeat of the previous experience. Third round: they sent us a new one. It lasted about a month until the pump stopped working. We are at a total loss here, very unhappy with Kohler and the whole experience.

Remote control is a very bad problem. Broke after 2 years after falling on the ground because the magnet is not strong enough to hold it to the holder. It cost $ 400 to replace it and no consideration from the manufacturer. It is a poor design and now that I view the price I would rather buy a toto. Toto is a better bidet and it has the quality you look for. Instead of buying this go for the toto . This review was modified from the original purchase when I thought it was a good product. It works but mostly as a seat warmer.
(Review from 2008 below)
Product functions very well and it is as it represents itself. The only negative may be that the seat is a little smaller than a full size elongated seat and tends to "squeeze" your seat. It is comparable to the Toto in function and it is a reasonable price through Amazon. I like the easy to understand remote control and the fact that it is detached from the seat keeps it nice and clean.

First of all, let me say, i have NO PROBLEM reaching down to wipe my a$$ after using the bidet. The person who says you can't must have some disability.

I had a toto 554 for 10 years. It worked well also, but eventually the pump died. The Kohler is a good replacement. The smaller remote is quite convenient, and the presets are useful, it works well, and looks much better than the totos.

We received this product and thought it would be great but it is not. There are at least three faults that we found. We have returned the one we purchased at another location and replaced it with a TOTO. I hope it is better.

This product has a water tank on the back of the seat that takes up a lot of room. The seat is small and the water reservoir actually bruised my husbands back as it was so tight. The second fault is that it does not clean the front unless you lean forward. Thirdly, the air dryer gets very hot too quickly and fourth the cleaning wand will not come out when pressing the command to clean. So it is uncomfortable and defective. I believe you could get burns from the air drying cycle. Bottom line we just don't like this product. We bought Kohler because we thought we were buying the best but we were wrong.

Update: We purchased the Toto Bidet on Amazon. It is about one inch larger opening and the water resevoir is behind the toilet lid so no bruising. One would think Kohler would learn from Toto on this idea. All functions work on the Toto. I will say the water pressure on the Kohler is better than the Toto but the other issues with the Kohler make it a no brainer in deciding which seat we liked best.
