this is the first eye glue product that i've ever bought or used. i used eye tape before since i was a teen but didn't use them often due to the visibility of the tape on my eyelid which people did notice sometimes. it was a bit difficult choosing which eye glue product to purchase since there are not that many reviews available on the web (as far as I can find). Being half asian/white I already have the double eyelid but depends on the weather, how much sleep i had, and various other factors, i may have a smaller double eyelid, bigger, or on rare occasions mono eyelids. This product comes with a flimsy plastic prong. Anyhow, the first time i used this it worked like a charm. The next few times, it was just not working for me but that was due to the technique I was using (i wasn't spread the glue to a large enough area; just a thin line where i wanted the crease to be made). However, you must cover a little more of the area than just to compensate for the crease 'line' because the adhesive makes your eyelid around the crease area stick together. Asian people have mono lids due to excess skin/fat in their eyelids. So with the prong, you're tucking some excess skin that then becomes glued together in a bit deeper in your eye socket temporarily eliminating the excess skin enabling a double eyelid. Many of you are probably wondering how long this lasts as well. Well, I'm half italian so you know, I'm greasy as hell. I can wear this all day (which is a long day, 9 1/2 hrs of work, then go home and do school work) and it will still be on. I never experienced any uplifting of the glue anywhere. It comes off pretty easy when you wash your face with face cleanser. I don't have to scrub harder on my eyelids just to make it come off or anything. Anyhow, 5 stars with the right technique and durability even on an individual with greasy face and eyelids.

No Disappointments,

I just bought this product because I've always been bothered by my heavy eyelids. It works better than I expected; with the plastic pick they give you, you just shape where you want your eyelid to crease, and if you use it right, the crease kind of just melts into your eyes so the glued area becomes hidden. The glue also dries very fast, so it's easy to use. It does feel a little sticky on my eyelids, but definitely worth the improvement. Probably a lot better than tape, since that has to be thicker and more noticeable. The instructions are written in Japanese, but they're pretty self-explanatory anyway.

Great!,
I've had great experiences with this eyelid glue. I naturally have double eyelids but they seem to disappear on days where I'm lacking sleep and stuff and so I try different things to make the crease more obvious. I have used eyelid tape before but this is my first time trying the glue. It took me a couple of times to get it right but once I figured it out, it took less than 5 minutes to do both eyes before heading out the door. The glue stays on during hot summer days through the oil and the sweat, and requires minimal touch ups. Regular eye pencils and liners can smudge and "get in" the crease where the glue is but I realize using liquid eyeliner solves this problem. The little plastic stick it comes with is pretty wimpy but you can easily substitute it with something else like a toothpick. Other than that, I highly recommend this product for beginners. My eyes look great in pictures!
