Another book about Kokopelli,

This review is from: Kokopelli: Casanova of the Cliff Dwellers: The Hunchbacked Flute Player (Paperback)
I recently read about seven books on Kokopelli--the hunchbacked, fluteplaying icon of the Southwest's chip platters and earrings--while researching an article for www[dot]mystrangenewmexico[dot]com, and this one was notable for how completely, totally unmemorable it was.
I read it just over a month ago, in a perfectly lucid state of mind, and yet, I can now remember nothing from it, other than that it's much less racy than its title implied, and that it appeared to be handprinted and handbound (stapled) by the author himself. I'm not saying it was bad--just that nothing in it stands out to me now from all the other stuff I read on the subject. |
