This was a good priced bassinette with the sounds and vibrations that I wanted, plus it could rock. BUT-after having to exchange the electronic "lights and vibes" arm twice in 4 weeks, I started to really dislike this thing! The electronic box has a great ambient glow to check on baby, but the vibes turn on HIGH...then you can adjust it to lower. So, if the baby is almost asleep then you turn on the vibes it startles the babt awake. The music is extremely annoying and also turns on LOUD and then you can turn it down. Overall, I wouldn't buy this again. Especially when thet outgrow it in 5 weeks! The "pack N play" from Graco had the similar features, was larger and could function as a play pen, portable crib and changing table for the same money.

GREAT Item!!,

We purchased this bassinet for our son to sleep in our room- he used it for 7 weeks and we LOVED it!! We had none of the problems described by the other reviewers. The mattress is a little thin so we put a comfy blanket on it and it worked well. The colors are neutral and the night light is perfect for checking on the baby in the middle of the night or doing a diaper change. The mobile worked well at keeping our son entertained and the music was fine.
I have since let 2 friends borrow this bassinett and they too have raved about how great it was- and it is still in perfect condition after having 3 babies in it. We're plannning on using this for another child and look forward to it!
