5.0 out of 5 stars kolcraft tour umbrella stroller
The stroller is just perfect for me, the grandmother with a bad back. It's easy to open and collapse and I can easily carry it down the stairs in one hand with the baby in the other. He is now 11 months and I know I will be using it for a long time. It's sturdy and has a nice bag in the back to stow things and the coffee holder is perfect for my keys and cell. The...

3.0 out of 5 stars An Average Umbrella Stroller
We decided to go with this stroller over the Chico which was slightly more expensive. The shade is a pain to keep on moving and after 1 month ours is completely bent out of shape. Good luck trying to restrain an active toddler with a 3 point harness. Pros: it reclines, is easy to fold, and rather light-weight

He is now 11 months and I know I will be using it for a long time. It's sturdy and has a nice bag in the back to stow things and the coffee holder is perfect for my keys and cell. The only problem is the canopy really doesn't shield from the sun.....but all in all it is perfect.

4.0 out of 5 stars No complaints for $40, August 27, 2009

For other reviewers who complain about the quality and features - what are you griping about for $40? It's extremely lightweight, has tall handles (I'm 5'10" and don't have to hunch over), reclines, and even has a cupholder. The only drawback is the small flimsy sunshade but otherwise, it's a great buy. If you feel like spending $100-400 more for a stroller with more features, go for it. But this is the best stroller $ per $. (FYI - we've owned Jeep, Peg Perego, and MacLaren strollers before)

I have try them all,..Jeep, Maclaren, Chicco, and $10 wallyworld.

Here the pros:

Nice looking, nice price, smooth, lightweight, have cupholder!!

Cons:

Only come in red/black for now. Wheels a little too small, not great on grass.

Will get another when this one get old,.. I might need a few more later in the future (:

5.0 out of 5 stars excellent umbrella stroller, February 21, 2009
This review is from: Kolcraft Tour Sport Umbrella Stroller with Adjustable Canopy (Baby Product)
This is the best umbrella stroller I've used. It is easy to open and close, and most importantly the handles are tall enough to be able to push it comfortably (I'm 5'7"). We primarily use it for my mother to push my son around the house, because he's too heavy for her to carry around, and it maneuvers very well in tight spaces. Well worth the money.

Okay, i did my research on strollers and for the money this one is the best stroller to bring on plane trips. Its so lightweight, compact and LOVE that it has a reclining seat. The shade is small, but i bought a cover to go over the current one, other than that i love this stroller. Plus the handles are taller than an average umbrella stroller, so even my husband has no issues with it. Can't say enough good things. Also Amazon's awesome shipping was quick and FREE! I'm one happy momma! Wish i bought this 2-kids ago!:)

I ordered this stroller based on reviews over others I've tried first hand, and since receiving it last week have gone back and ordered yet another one for my daughter! It is made very well, easily moves with a 48# 3yr old, and I can stand up "straight" while pushing it! Yeah! Very big help for Nana of 3 little ones. The canapy problems are minor- it is an umbrella stroller after all and yet to see one that has great coverage, it snaps on easily and does fine. Love the fact it has shock absorbing wheels, less bouncing around and it reclines unlike most others. The Chicco stroller I tried was very hard to push- it pulled to the one side not matter what I did (even empty), and so happy with this Kolcraft- can be pushed with one hand if need be. You won't be sorry if you get this one.

I was pleased at how easy the stroller was to put together. However, it really needs shoulder straps so my baby will not lean forward and try to get out. Also, the canopy is not very good quality; it has gotten misshapen permanently from being in my trunk. Also, there seems to be enough room underneath for a small storage basket, and I wish they had added one. Convenient and easy to maneuver, but overall not great quality. [...]

4.0 out of 5 stars Suits its Purpose, November 2, 2009

I was pleasantly surprised by how much bigger the seating was compared to the usual umbrella strollers and the fact that the handles are high enough that my 6'4" tall husband is comfortable pushing it and does not kick the wheels. Not much more to say - it is a decent product for its intended use. It's not incredibly durable but sufficient considering it is only an umbrella stroller. We use it for travel and smaller errands around the city.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent for traveling, June 14, 2009

Pros:
- Very easy operation
- Lightweight
- Very convenient in airports (security, onloading, offloading etc)

Cons:
- A bit of a rough ride for the little guy on surfaces such as sidewalks and roads though he did not seem to mind that much
- Adjusting the harness straps is not that easy and they cannot be loosened/tightened quickly and requires some effort
