My Maltese love this crate..we use it around the house. I just wish the fan was stronger..i should have waited for the new model which has that new feature. Pretty happy with it.

I would like to post a positive review but I have not heard from the company at all. They put the charges through on my credit card shortly after I ordered it...but no word on the crate and no tracking #. I will not deal with "Smarthome" ever again.
