This camera is very small, the digital display is also hard to read in bright sunlight. For the beginner it would be great. One has to consider before buying this product that it does not come with a Smart Card, where other cameras do, [example Canon, a few dollars more]. A Smart Card for this Polaroid, 128MB, cost $45-$50, 64MB, $26-$35. One has to use a bit of grey-matter [brains]. I now live with this product as opposed to sending it back. Enuf said --30--
