Meant to replace the regular use of plastic baggies, plastic wrap, and foil, food kozies are 13-1/2-inch round wrappers for sandwiches, bagels and cream cheese, tortilla roll-ups, meat and cheese slices, apple slices or whatever needs wrapping. Use this handy set of 5 kozies in kids' lunches, office lunches, or at home to store leftovers in the fridge. They have Velcro closures and are easily washed in the sink and air dried, along with regular dishes. Free from BPA, lead, and phthalate, recycled Kozies are made from plastic #4 and may be recycled by cutting off the Velcro. All Kids Konserve products are tested by a CPSIA accredited testing laboratory to meet FDA requirements and CPSIA standards. CPSIA stands for the Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act, a law enacted in August, 2008, to establish consumer product safety standards and other safety requirements for children’s products and to reauthorize and modernize the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

I bought these to replace my old Wrap-n-Mat's. I liked the idea that they weren't fabric covered, so I thought they'd breed less germs. The plastic is rather thin, but they work fine. Because it's thin, they don't stand up well to air dry, making cleaning a bit more cumbersome than the Wrap-n-Mats. Other reviewers mentioned that dry erase markers could be used to label sandwiches. I tried this, but the moisture from the cooler erased all the markings. I like these, but don't love them and am still in search of the perfect reusable sandwich wrap.

I bought these and they were definitely thinner than I expected. But the pictures are accurate so I just wasn't really paying attention. It's basically a round sheet of thin plastic - it doesn't even have scoring to make it easy to fold. I had seem some at my son's school that were MUCH cooler.
We got used to them, and have been using them every day for the kids' school lunches - sammies, snacks, veggies. Love using them.
BUT...the velcro ripped off one of them last week, making it unusable. We have only had them a little over a month, so that was really disappointing.
Also, it would be nice if they had some sort of graphic on them that said, "DO NOT THROW AWAY" or "REUSE" bigger within the graphics and maybe even a little area for a child's name to be written with a Sharpie. A couple of ours have not made it home.
Overall, I think these are pricey for what they are. The manufacturer is making a REALLY good margin. Wish they were made batter - having to throw one away because the velcro ripped off pretty much ruins the purpose of buying them.

I really like the sandwich bags. I use them everyday for school lunches and my husbands. I have completely put them to the test since September. They have held up perfectly. Such a great way to save on plastic baggies too.

Sandwich wrapper
5 wraps per package. These are great for sandwiches but a little tricky to keep snacks corralled in the center while trying to close bag-plus not very airtight.

Wonderful product ! I use it everyday (not only for lunch but to wrap onions, partially cut veggies, etc. I don't have to by baggies anymore!
