Poor quality is not what I expected!,

I have received two of these from Amazon, the first one was sealed in the factory package and I removed it to look and see how clear it was, well it wasn't at all, it looked like it had frost spots all around the inside lens. I returned it to Amazon and the second one has almost similar issues but had been opened, had dirt on the lens cap, not even in the plastic or bubble wrap that it should have been in. I am awaiting the 3rd one, if it isn't better than the other 2 I'll chalk Konus up as poor scope makers. I did get a 44mm scope at the same shipment that is clear as any Nikon that I have looked through but it didn't have the yardage markers that was advertised to be in the reticle.
